Three Rivers Sports Massage is based in Croxley Green, Rickmansworth and the clinic is run by Ray Gardiner, a Sports Therapist and full member of the Sports Therapy Association.
Ray's qualifications are:
- VTCT Level 4 Sports Massage
- VTCT Injuries in Sport
- University of Bedfordshire Sports Injury Rehabilitation
Ray has clients from a wide range of sports and some who play no sport at all but still benefit from sports massage.
In addition to deep tissue massage and depending on the client's condition Ray's treatments may use a variety of techniques including:
